Important Update: BlueXP login now requires NSS Credentials for non-federated users

Dear BlueXP user,

We’re updating your BlueXP login experience to enhance security. If you use federated credentials to sign in, no action is needed.

Wh’t’s Changing?

Previously, you could log in to BlueXP with local credentials even if you had a NetApp Support Site account. Starting Oct. 10th, BlueXP will require any local users who also have NSS accounts to log in with their NSS credentials instead. Users without NSS accounts may continue to use their local credentials. This change does not impact federated users. Users in federated organizations still use their corporate credentials to log in to BlueXP

Why This Change?

Your NSS account is protected by One-Time Password (OTP) verification sent to your corporate email to:
• Verify that you have access to your corporate email account.
• Securely verify your Identity
• Ensure your organization’s data remains protected.
What You Need to Do
• Use your NSS credentials when logging into BlueXP. At the time of login, if BlueXP detects you have an NSS account, you will be redirected to NSS. However, if your BlueXP Organization is federated, then you will be redirected to your enterprise IdP where you will use your enterprise credentials to login to BlueXP.
• If you need help accessing your NSS, please visit NetApp Support site.
Thank you for helping us in keeping our NetApp services secure and seamless.

Regards,
The NetApp BlueXP Team
