Cloud Volumes ONTAP とカスタム Azure Key Vault 間のリージョン不一致エラー

問題
- API呼び出しとカスタムキーコンテナーを使用したディスク暗号化によって新しい作業環境を作成する際に、CVOとVaultリージョンが一致しないというエラーが発生し、デプロイが失敗します：
