BlueXPからSystem Managerにアクセスできない

BlueXPを通じてSystem Managerにアクセスしようとすると、次のエラーが表示されます：
"Failed to proxy. Outgoing request failure."
"The server might not have processed the request. It can't be determined if the operation was completed. Try again"
"Something went wrong"
