Azure CVO HA でディスクが欠落しており、アグリゲートがオフラインになっています
環境
- Cloud Volumes ONTAP（CVO）
- Microsoft Azure
問題
- アグリゲートとボリュームがオフラインになり、CIFSおよびNFSワークロードに影響しています。
- EMSログには、ディスクデバイス0d.3L0のSCSIトランスポートエラーとページBLOB I/O操作のタイムアウトが表示されています。
- ONTAPは、認証エラーのためオブジェクトストアからオブジェクトのリストを取得できなかったと報告しています。
