You're receiving this notification because you're associated with one or more Azure subscriptions that use Standard HDD OS disks.
On 8 September 2028, we'll be retiring OS disks on the Azure managed disk type Standard HDD. To avoid disruptions, transition to Standard SSD or Premium SSD OS disks before that date. Review our guidance to help you choose the right disk type for your needs.
You can continue to use Standard HDD OS disks without disruption until the retirement date. After 8 September 2028, OS disks running on Standard HDD will be automatically converted to Standard SSDs of equivalent size. Services not relying on Standard HDD OS disks will remain unaffected by this retirement.
Required action
To avoid potential service disruptions, convert your Standard HDD OS disks to Standard SSD or Premium SSD before 8 September 2028
