問題
CVO作業環境が、キャンバス上で断続的に失敗として表示され、エラーメッセージが表示されます（：）
Cloud Manager cannot communicate with Cloud Volumes ONTAP because there is no connectivity or because the Cloud Volumes ONTAP system is not available.
この状態で作業環境にアクセスしようとすると、次のようになります（：）
Working Environment Failed
コネクタログに繰り返し発生するエラーが記録されています（：）
