問題
Cloud Volumes ONTAP Azure仮想マシン（VM）は、ONTAPクラスターが正常に機能しているにもかかわらず、Azureポータル上でその健全性ステータスが異常と報告されます。
Azure ポータルでは、CVO ONTAP VM に以下のエラーがアラートされます：
Unavailable (Unplanned)
Your virtual machine is unavailable at the moment. Please check back in a few minutes for any updates we find on the source of the unavailability of this VM. No additional action is required from you at this time.
原因
Azureホストは定期的に仮想マシン（VM）にハートビートメッセージを送信し、VMはそれに対する応答としてメッセージを返します。VMが要求に応答しない場合、Azureホストはポータル上でそのVMを異常状態としてマークします。
解決策
CVO （Cloud Volumes ONTAP）仮想マシン（VM）を再起動します。
