CVO のアップグレードが失敗すると、CVO からHA Group Notification (USER_TRIGGERED (ALL:Failed NDU)) NOTICEを含む ASUP が生成されます。
注記： HA Group Notification (USER_TRIGGERED (ALL:Starting NDU)) NOTICEを含むASUPは、CVOのアップグレードが開始されたときにCVOから生成されます。
