コンピューティングノードの「 BMC に接続できません」というエラーが表示されます HCC の場合

環境

• NetApp HCI
• NetAppハイブリッドクラウドコントロール（HCC）のUI
• HCCのコンピューティングノード
• コンピューティングノードBMC

問題

HCCの [Nodes]  >[Compute]で、コンピューティングノードに次のエラーが表示されます。

• Unable to connect to the BMC. Edit connection settings so the management service can connect
• An error occurred that prevented a connection to the management service. You can try entering the credentials again. If the problem persists, contact your technical support engineer.
