HCCのクラスタにNetApp Element 12.7アップグレードイメージをアップロードできません

環境

NetApp Element ソフトウェア12.7以上

問題

HCCでElementソフトウェア12.7へのアップグレードイメージを参照してアップロードしたあと、次のエラーが表示されます。

The uploaded file is not a compatible upgrade package for the selected cluster. It might be compatible for upgrading other clusters in this installation. Select another cluster to check compatibility with the uploaded files. Note: It might take up to 15 minutes for the package to display for all applicable clusters.
