WFA 5.1 で外部キーの制約が発生しているため、 ActiveIQ Unified Manager データソースに接続できません

- OnCommand Workflow Automation 5.0 （ WFA ）
- ActiveIQ Unified Manager 9.6+
- OnCommand Unified Manager 9.4 を実行します
問題
WFA 内の Active IQ Unified Manager データソースのステータスが失敗し、次のようなメッセージが表示されます。
