WFAダッシュボードエラー「No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused」
環境
OnCommand Workflow Automation （WFA）5.1.1
問題
WFA用に作成したカスタムダッシュボードは、バージョン5.1.1へのアップグレード後は機能しません
localhostを使用したtelnetからポート3306は正常に実行されます。
独自のIPを使用してポート3306へのtelnetを実行すると、エラー
No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused「」が発生します。
