環境

  • OnCommand Workflow Automation （WFA）5.1.x
  • Microsoft Windows Server

問題

  • AD認証を使用している場合、WFA GUIに次のエラーが表示されます。
Authentication Failed. Please verify Username and password.
 
  • wfa_ldap.logに次のエラーが表示されます
ERROR [com.netapp.wfa.ldap.LdapWrapper] (default task-2278) Failed to find user in LDAP: javax.naming.CommunicationException: simple bind failed: .com:636 [Root exception is javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target]
 
  • GUIのエラー：LDAPサーバを使用してユーザ「name」を検索できませんでした
