「 Command Mount-SdSnapshot failed 」原因 で、 PowerShell モジュールが見つからない状態で SMBR が失敗しました

環境

  • Single Mailbox Recovery(SMBR)
  • SnapCenter Plug-in for Windows ( SCW )
  • SnapCenter Plug-in for Exchange ( SCE )
  • SnapDrive for Windows(SDW)

問題

  • リカバリ中に [ マウント / 起動] ボタンを選択すると、 GUI に次の情報が表示されます。
    "Command Mount-SdSnapshot failed. Please contact technical support representative"
  • SnapshotManager.log
    次のいずれかのステートメントを指定します。 1. A parameter cannot be found that matches parameter name 'AutopickMountPoint'.Exception stack: 
    2. ERROR ao - Command execution error: FullyQualifiedErrorId: System.ArgumentExceptionException message: Input path '<LUN_Path>'  is not supported :Exception stack: 
  • System.Management.Automation.CommandNotFoundException:

    The command "Open-SmConnection" is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, a function, a script file or an executable program. Check the spelling of the command, and if the path is correct (if contained), and retry the command.
