  • Single Mailbox Recovery（SMBR）

問題

  • SMBR で SnapCenter 認証が失敗し、 UI に以下のエラーが報告されています
    • エラー： SMBR cant authenticate on SnapCenter Server
    • エラー： Command Open-SmConnection failed. Please contact a technical support representative
    • エラー： Authentication failed. If trying to connect to a remote Exchange Server, please provide a valid Exchange Server name or IP address when authenticating
