Windowsのメンテナンス中にサービス接続の障害によってSMHVバックアップが失敗する

環境

  • SnapManager for Hyper-V(SMHV)2.1.4
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2016
  • メンテナンスタスクヲWindowsホストテシツコウスル

問題

  • Windowsホストで実行するメンテナンスタスクの実行中にSMHVバックアップが失敗し、メンテナンス後に自動的に解決される
  • SMHVバックアップレポートに次のエラーが表示される:

An error occurred in the backup process.[Host: <CLUSTER>]
Web Service Client channel was unable to connect to the ProtectionService instance on machine <CLUSTER>.
Could not connect to net.tcp://hyperv4/SnapManager/HyperV/HyperVProtectionService/v_10. The connection attempt lasted for a time span of <TIME>. TCP error code 10060: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond <IP>:808. 

  • SnapMgrServiceHostDbg.log を示します。 OpenCluster returned error 1722
