問題

  • SnapManager for Hyper-V でバックアップを作成する際に、次のエラーが表示されてバックアップが失敗します -

zapi_snapshot_multicreate : errno=13057, name=CSV_Volume5, reason=An error occurred in the reception and processing of the API reply from the appliance

An operation to create Snapshot copy '{11111-22222-33333-44444-55555}_backup' across multiple volumes failed on the storage system 'SVM_name'. 
Error code: 13057. Error description: An error occurred in the reception and processing of the API reply from the appliance
