SnapDrive が ReFS LUN と通信できません

環境

製品モデル： FAS8060 - R6
OS ： clustered Data ONTAP 8.3.2P2

• Windows Server 2012
• SnapDrive for Windows

問題

SnapDrive for Windows で、 Windows Resilient File System （ ReFS ）でフォーマットされた LUN との対話（拡張、縮小、スペースの再生）が失敗します。

SnapDrive for Windows を使用して LUN のサイズ変更を実行すると、処理が失敗して誤った機能エラーが表示されます。
SnapDrive for Windows のインストール・パスにある SnapDrive デバッグ・ログ（ Snpdrvdbg.log ）を確認すると、次のエラーが 1 つ以上表示されることがあります。

'The LUN may not have a File System created on it, or it may not be formatted with the NTFS file system. If it is a cluster system this situation can be caused by the LUN being offline, or not owned by this computer.'

'Failed to update virtual disk info on first pass, device path: '\?\mpio#disk&ven_netapp&prod_lun_c-mode&rev_0.3_#1&7f6ac24&0&383037416f2b494175346a32#{53f56307-b6bf-11d0-94f2-00a0c91efb8b}', lun path '/vol/volumename/lun_name', SCSI address '(X,X,X,X)', error code 0xc0040494, error description 'The LUN may not have a File System created on it, or it may not be formatted with the NTFS file system. If it is a cluster system this situation can be caused by the LUN being offline'

ウィンドウのアプリケーション・イベント・ログには ' ソース SnapDrive のイベント ID 125 の一覧が表示され ' 以下のようなイベントの詳細が含まれる場合があります

Failed to expand the LUN by XXXXXXX MB. Failure in expanding NTFS file system on the disk.
LUN Name = LUNNAME.lun
Storage Path = /vol/VOLUMENAME/
Protocol Type = HTTP
Storage System Name = STORAGESYSTEM
Error code : Incorrect function.
 

ReFS LUN でスペース再生を実行すると、次の情報が表示されることがあります。

Space Reclamation operation failed on Mount Point "X"
