ONTAP 9.13.1でSnapDrive for WindowsでLUNのSnapshotを作成できない

ONTAPを9.13.1にアップグレードしたあと、SDWでSnapshotを作成できないため、SMHVおよびSMOではバックアップが失敗します。

ホストのアプリケーションイベントログでは、次のイベントが発生します（SMHVではVM間の整合性のためにVSSイベントが使用されるため、SMHVでのみVSSイベントが発生します）。
