環境

問題

  • NetApp Support Siteからファイルをダウンロードしようとすると、ページは開きますが、ページが空白のままになります
  • また、ダウンロードが開始されません

原因

  • ブラウザのキャッシュ関連。
  • コンテンツが以前にキャッシュされていた場合、ブラウザはサーバーを経由せずに、キャッシュから直接コンテンツを読み込みます。

解決策

  • ブラウザのキャッシュ/Cookieをクリアする -または-
  • 新しいウィンドウまたはシークレットウィンドウで試す

警告

ダウンロードリンクが NetApp Support Site の定期メンテナンスのために一時的に利用できない場合、メンテナンス後に問題は自動的に解決されます。
