機器更改後、NetAppに返却された古いシステムは、Service Return Authorizations(SRA)プロセスを通じて運用を停止しますSRAプロセスを完了すれば、NetApp Support Site(NSS)には反映されなくなります 

SRAプロセスの完了には数カ月かかることがあります。このプロセスは、必要に応じてシリアル番号を運用停止することで手動で実行できます:
