サポート管理者ロールは、NetApp Support Siteログインへのアクセス権の有無にかかわらず、自分で作成できます。システム  メンテナンスにアクセスするには、新しいSupport Adminロールが必要です。

  • NetApp Support Siteにログインし、 [1] [Support Admin]>[Request Access]を選択してケースを作成します。
