問題

vSphere内のOTV 10プラグイン（ローカル）で ストレージバックエンドメニューにONTAPクラスタを追加または削除すると、次のいずれかのエラーが発生して失敗します：

Error occurred while adding storage backend: Unable to onboard storage backend, Error occurred while adding storage backend: Failed to add Storage Backend: https://<hostname>:9053/api/v1/storage/storage-backends. Error: Storage backend with specified hostname #.#.#.# is already on boarded from global scope.

Error occurred while removing storage backend: Unable to remove storage backend, Error occurred while removing storage backend: Failed to remove Storage Backend: https://<hostname>:9053/api/v1/storage/storage-backends. Error: Storage backend with specified hostname #.#.#.# is already on boarded from global scope.

クラスタはすでにStorage Backendsメニュー（ONTAP Tools マネージャ、 https://loadBalanceIP:8443/virtualization/ui/）に正常に追加されています。
