ストレージパスワードに文字が含まれている場合、 VVol 内に VM を作成できません

環境

OTV 9.8

問題

• VVol 内での VM の作成処理がエラーで失敗する。
• フォルダを作成すると、 VVol 内で大容量ファイルのコピーが機能する。
• 処理が失敗するのは、 VVOL に VM を追加する場合のみです。
• 従来のダッシュボードには、アグリゲートのスペース削減量は表示されません
• vVol ダッシュボードには、アグリゲートのスペース削減量は表示されません

vCenter タスクログと ESX ホストログでエラーが報告されます。
