OTV：VASA Providerが有効にならず、「Unable to connect to VMware Profile Driven Storage Service」というエラーが表示されます
環境
- VMware vSphere（OTV）向けONTAPツール
- VASAプロバイダ（VP）
- Storage Replication Adapter（SRA）
- VMware vCenter
- VMwareエンドポイント証明書ストア（VECS）
問題
OTV設定からVPまたはSRAを有効にしようとすると、次のエラーが表示されることがあります。
Error updating capabilities, due to internal processing exception: Unable to connect to VMware Profile Driven Storage Service. Please verify that the service is running appropriately on vCenter Server
