SnapCenter を 4.1P3 以降にアップグレードすると、 Oracle プラグインで Oracle データベースを検出できなくなることがあります

環境

• SnapCenter Plug-in for Oracle 4.1.1P3、4.1.1P4、4.2、4.6（SCO）
• Oracle 11r、12c、18c、19cを搭載したLinuxホスト

問題

SnapCenter Plug-in for Oracleを4.1.1P3、4.1.1P4、または4.2にアップグレードしたあと、次のいずれかのエラーが発生し、データベースが再検出されないことがあります。
