環境

  1. SnapCenter Plug-in for SQL (SCSQL) 4.2.1P1
  2. SQL Server 2012 SP4 （ 11.4.7001.0 ）
  3. Windows 2012 Server R2

問題

  • リソースグループに他の SQL データベースと「マスター」データベースが含まれていると、 SCSQL はデータベース「マスター」のバックアップに失敗します。
  • エラーの例：
Failed to connect to server. Connection Timeout Expired.
The timeout period elapsed during the post-login phase.
The connection could have timed out while waiting for server to complete the login process and respond;
Or it could have timed out while attempting to create multiple active connections.
The duration spent while attempting to connect to this server was -
[Pre-Login] initialization=2; handshake=25; [Login] initialization=0; authentication=1; [Post-Login] complete=59725;
The wait operation timed out
