環境

  • SnapCenter サーバ（SC）4.7
  • MySQL Server 5.7.38

問題

  • SnapCenter サーバがインターネットに接続されている場合、SnapCenter サーバをバージョン4.7に新規インストールまたはアップグレードすると失敗します
    • UIエラー
      • The wizard was interrupted before NetApp SnapCenter Server setup could complete
  • MySQLInstaller_<timestamp>.log>temp次のエラーがフォルダのに記録されます
    • 新規インストール
      • Package MySQL Server 5.7.38 cannot be installed due to failing requirement
    • アップグレード 
      • MySQL Server 5.7.36 :  No upgrade targets matched 5.7.38.
