メッセージキューサービスがないと、 SnapCenter ジョブで問題が発生します

問題
症状 1 ：
「メッセージキューがこのコンピュータにインストールされていません」というエラーが原因で SnapCenter ジョブが失敗し、に次のエラーが表示されることがあります SMCoreService.log/SMCore_<JobID>.log
