クローニングされた RDM LUN を Windows VM に接続すると SCSQL クローンの更新がハングして失敗します

SnapCenter Plug-in for SQL （ SCSQL ）

問題

クローンの更新は数時間前までは「時間外にインベントリ」と表示され、 SQL データベースを別のホストにクローニングしようとします。に表示されるエラーは SCW_<JOB>.log 次のとおりです。
An error occured while cloning RDM based disk. Failed to Map virtual disk: Error Adding Raw Device Mapping -GetLunInformation returned false-<LUN_SERIAL>
 
その後、最大再試行回数に達すると、削除も複数回失敗します。
Failed to delete virtual disk: Error Deleting Raw Device Mapping - could not find the Raw Device mapping on ESX Server   at VirtualizationAPI.CVirtualServer.UnmapVirtualDisk
