環境

  • SnapCenter サーバ（ SC ）
  • SnapCenter Plug-In for Microsoft SQL Server （ SCSQL ）

問題

  • DBが検出されましたが、バックアップできません。
  • SC Resources ビューでDBをクリックすると、次のように表示されます。 DB is not on NetApp Storage, auto-close is enabled or in recovery
  • <installation_path>\Program Files\NetApp\SnapCenter\SMCore\log\SMCore_<id>.log 別のエラーが発生する可能性があります： 
  • Activity 'Discovering Resources' failed with error: SQL Database (<DB>) is not on NetApp storage or in an invalid state.
