SCV - バックアップのアンマウント処理でボリュームを削除できない

環境

  • VMware向けSnapCenterプラグイン
  • プライマリボリュームに有効期限が設定され、SnapLockが有効になっているONTAP Snapshotポリシー

問題

  • SCVアンマウントバックアップ処理がエラー「Failed to remove volume」で失敗します。
  • クローンデータストアはvSphereから削除されますが、ボリュームはONTAPでオフライン状態のままです。

対応するProtectionService-YYYYMMDD.log （SCV Support Bundleで利用可能）
 
Failed to delete volume. <CLONE_VOLUME_NAME> in Vserver <SVM_NAME>.The volume has one or more unexpired locked Snapshot copies."
