SCV SnapMirror / SnapVault 更新が次のエラーで失敗する： SnapMirror デスティネーションが見つかりません

SnapCenter Plug-in for VMware （ SCV ） 4.x
問題
SCV が SnapMirror デスティネーションを検出できない。vSphere GUI の SCV ジョブの詳細にエラーが表示される：
"ErrorMessage (Unable to find SnapMirror destination(s). Error: No SnapMirror relationships were found. Resolution: Please make sure that secondary storage systems are registered and host can resolve them correctly.) ErrorMessage (Unable to find SnapMirror destination for the source volume(s) <source_SVM><source_Vol>"
