例外なく VM の休止解除が原因で SCV バックアップジョブが失敗する

環境

• VMware vSphere （ SCV ） 4.3 以降用の SnapCenter プラグイン
• NetApp Data Broker （ NDB ） 1.0 のリリース

問題

• SCV バックアップジョブが次のエラーで失敗する：

Error: Unable to unquiesce on SCV: Exception when unquiescing virtual machines: VM1.Please check 'Remove all snapshots' task on vSphere Web Client or SnapCenter Plug-in for VMware vSphere logs for detailed error message.

• vmcontrol_<JobId>.log VMware スナップショットの削除が例外なく失敗したことを示します。
