SVM が原因で SCV がクローンボリュームのマウントに失敗する 負荷共有ミラーを持つルートボリューム

環境

  • VMware vSphere 用 SnapCenter プラグイン( SCV ) 
  • NetApp データブローカー( NDB )
  • NFSデータストア
  • 負荷共有ミラー( LSM )構成の SVM ルートボリューム

問題

  • SCV が仮想ディスクの接続に失敗する。
  • SCV がバックアップのマウントに失敗する。
  • vmcontrol_<job_id>.log は、次のエラーを示しています。

例:

2020-11-03 10:19:48.209 ERROR ndb01 --- [   Thread-1272] c.n.a.m.NfsMountStrategy          : vob.vmfs.nfs.mount.error.perm.denied::NFS mount 192.168.0.131:/Sc5d4f18fd-4b33-e5a4-bc36-fe471ec1b5bf failed: The mount request was denied by the NFS server. Check that the export exists and that the client is permitted to mount it.

  • snapmirror.log の ONTAP に、次のエラーが表示されます。

例:

action=End status=Failure message=Load-sharing destination volume cluster2://svm2/svm2_root_lsm is current; a "snapmirror initialize" or "snapmirror update" will have no effect on such a volume. Use "snapmirrorupdate-ls-set" to update the load-sharing set. source=cluster2://svm2/svm2_root destination=cluster2://svm2/svm2_root_lsm
