「There was no endpoint listening」というメッセージが表示されたホストでSCW検出が失敗する

SnapCenter Plug-in for Windows （ SCW ） 4.x
問題
1つのホストでの検出が失敗し、[Details]に次のメッセージが表示されます。
There was no endpoint listening at https://localhost:8146/SnapDrive/StorageResolution that could accept the message.
This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details.このチェックボックスをオンにする
netstat と、ポート8146でリスナーがなく、8145だけが表示されます。
