4.5から4.6または4.7にアップグレードするとSCコンソールにアクセスできない

SnapCenterサーバ（SC）4.6-4.7P1

問題

• 4.5から4.6P1/4.7P1にアップグレードするとSC UIにアクセスできなくなります。
• SCサーバホストのアプリケーションイベントログでエラーが発生しました：
