SMBRでSnapshotをマウントできませんでした。エラー「Command Mount-SdSnapshot failed」が発生しました

環境

  • SnapCenter Server （ SC ） 4.3.1
  • Single Mailbox Recovery （ SMBR ） 8.3 の場合

問題

  • SMBRプロセスのバックアップの選択でマウントが失敗し、次のエラーが表示されます。
    Command Mount-SdSnapshot failed
  • PowerShellを使用してSnapshotを手動でマウントしようとすると失敗し、同じエラーが表示されます
