IDSソフトウェアのインストール後にSMHVのスケジュールされたタスクが実行されない
環境
- SnapManager for Hyper-V（SMHV）
- Windowsオペレーティングシステム
- 侵入者検出システム（IDS）
問題
- SMHVでスケジュールされたタスクはTask Schedulerでトリガーされますが、クラスタノードにIDS保護ソフトウェアをインストールしたあとにバックアップ処理はトリガーされません。
- SMHV GUIからトリガーされたオンデマンドバックアップジョブが正常に完了します。
Windowsアプリケーションログには、次のエラーメッセージが表示されます。
