  • マイクロソフトは、2023年1月31日時点で、チームメッセージデータへのEWS経由のアクセス制限を発表しました。つまり、SaaS Backupは、2023年1月31日よりも先にバックアップのチームのメッセージデータにアクセスできなくなります。
  • これにより、以下の機能がSaaS Backup内で制限されます
    • チャットおよびグループチャットの会話
    • チームチャットおよびチームチャネルメッセージ

追加情報

  • SaaS Backup for Microsoft Office 365（SaaS）の提供終了が発表され、保守モードになりました。2023年1月31日より、上記のO365機能のバックアップはサポートされなくなります
  • SaaS Backup for Microsoft Office 365（SaaS）は、Microsoft APIを活用してチームのチャットをバックアップします。デフォルトでは、SaaS Backup for Microsoft Office 365（SaaS）はEWS APIを使用してTeamsMessagesDataフォルダを保護していました。Microsoftは、TeamsMessagesDataフォルダへのEWS APIアクセスを廃止しているため、上記のO365機能のバックアップは、SaaS Backup for Microsoft Office 365 (SaaS)ではサポートしなくなります。
