SnapCenterカスタムプラグインのバックアップが失敗し、ラッパーのpidを特定できませんでした

SnapCenter Custom Plug-in for PostgreSQLのバックアップの実行時にエラーが表示されて失敗する
SCC-00164: Application quiesce for the plug-in [PostgreSQL] failed with exit code [102] and with error :Operation failed. Reason: The watchdog killed the running operation.
