SnapCenter のGUIに、WSFC上にクラスタ共有ボリュームが表示されない

環境

  • SnapCenter Server
  • Windows Server フェイルオーバークラスタリング( WSFC )

問題

  • SnapCenter GUIのホストメニューのディスクタブでホストリストからWSFCホストを選択すると、次のメッセージが表示されます。

There is no match for your search or data is not available.

  • Refresh Disksディスクの更新)をクリックしても、WSFCホストの上記のメッセージは変更されません。
  • [Refresh Disks]をクリックすると SnapManagerWeb.log '次のようなエラーが表示されます

例:

2021-04-14T14:59:21.1257397+00:00 ERROR SnapManagerWeb PID=[9328] TID=[40] ErrorCode (129), ErrorMessage (Failed to find host (<WSFC hostname>). Verify if the host is up and running and check the DNS and firewall settings. No such host is known.)
