SnapCenter SCSQLエラー：バックアップは成功しましたが、検証に失敗しました
環境
- SnapCenter サーバ（ SC ）
- SnapCenter Plug-in for Microsoft SQL Server (SCSQL)
- SnapCenter Plug-in for VMware vSphere （ SCV ）
問題
On SnapCenter job notified warning：

"Status: Warning Error: Backup succeeded butverification failed."
ログに表示されるその他のエラー：
Activity 'FileSystem Clone' failed with error: An error occured while cloning RDM based disk.-
Failed to rescan HBA: Cannot complete login due to an incorrect user name or password. -
Error: Failed to map virtual disk on Esx host after retrying. An error occured while cloning RDM based disk.
SQLサーバはvCenterでホストされます。
