SnapCenter バックアップの終了時に、「 SnapMirror デスティネーションに Snapshot コピー xxxxx が見つかりません」というエラーが発生しました

環境

• SnapCenter Server 4.0 、 4.1
• SnapCenter Plug-In for Microsoft SQL Server 4.0 、 4.1
• SnapCenter Plug-in for Microsoft Windows 4.0 、 4.1
• VMware vSphere 4.0 、 4.1 用 SnapCenter プラグイン

問題

SnapCenter バックアップジョブが警告で終了し、次の 2 つのエラーのいずれかがジョブの詳細に表示されます。

• ソース / プライマリストレージ上の Snapshot の場合：
  Unable to find Snapshot (<BACKUP_SNAPSHOT_NAME>) on volume (<VOLUME_NAME>) from storage (<STORAGE_CONNECTION>)
SetSnapshotLabel failed : 102, Failed to attach the label to the specified Snapshot copy.(<BACKUP_SNAPSHOT_NAME>)
Invalid response returned by Set-NcSnapshot: 0
• デスティネーション上の Snapshot （ snapmirror udpate をトリガーしたあとのしばらく）：

Error: SnapMirror update failed for the relationship [ <source SVM> : <source volume> ==><destination SVM> : <destination volume>] with error: Snapshot copy '<snapshot name>' not found on the SnapMirror destination <destination SVM> : <destination volume>

• smcore_<job_id>.log には、関係に関する次のメッセージが表示されます。

DEBUG SMCore_<JOB_ID> PID=[5040] TID=[417] Checking for snapshot '<snapshot name>' on the volume(s) <destination volume> of the storage system '<destination SVM>'.
DEBUG SMCore_<JOB_ID> PID=[5040] TID=[417] Retry to check the snapshot on secondary destinations.
DEBUG SMCore_<JOB_ID> PID=[5040] TID=[417] Checking for snapshot '<snapshot name>' on the volume(s) <destination volume> of the storage system '<destination SVM>'.
