SnapCenter サーバ (SC) SnapCenter Plug-in for Microsoft Exchange Server (SCE)

問題

  • SC が Exchange リソースを検出できない
  • ディスクは SC GUI の Disks （ディスク）ビューに表示されますが 、 Resources- Database （リソース - データベース）画面には表示されません
  • 表示されるエラー <installation_path>\NetApp\SnapCenter\App_Data\log\SnapManagerWeb_<id>.log：
    ERROR SnapManagerWeb_297 PID=[9400] TID=[209] System.Exception: Unable to find the instance (DAG_FQDN)
    DEBUG SnapManagerWeb_297 PID=[9400] TID=[209] Unable to find the instance (DAG_FQDN)
    ERROR SnapManagerWeb_297 PID=[9400] TID=[209] Exception in method: DiscoverHostResourcesInternal.
    System.Exception: Unable to find the instance (DAG_FQDN)
  • DNS が正しく設定されており、 SVM 接続が正しいこと
