CVO へのステータス要求がタイムアウトするため、 SnapCenter で SnapVault の更新を実行できません
環境
- SnapCenter Server
- SnapCenter Plug-in for Windows （ SCW ）
- Cloud Volumes ONTAP（CVO）
問題
次のエラーが表示されても、 SnapVault の更新は実行されません。
Unable to find SnapMirror destination(s). Error: No SnapMirror relationships were found. Resolution: Please make sure that secondary storage systems are registered and host can resolve them correctly.ログの詳細を見ると
SAL_<JOB_ID>.log （ SAL = ストレージ抽象化レイヤ）は次のとおりです。Invoking Connect-NcController ...The running command stopped because the preference variable "ErrorActionPreference" or common parameter is set to Stop: Connection to SVM_IP_ADDR on port 443 for protocol HTTPS timed out. at System.Management.Automation.Runspaces.PipelineBase.Invoke(IEnumerable input)
at SnapDrive.Nsf.Core.Storage.StorageConnection.InitializeONTAP(SDStorageSystemId storageSystemId)また、ログからもわかるように、線の表示が長いため、デフォルトの 60 秒後にエラーが発生したか、ストレージ接続の SVM タイムアウト設定に何が設定されていたかがわかります。
