SnapCenter のインストールがMySQLサービスを開始できません

環境

• SnapCenter サーバ（ SC ）
• MySQL Server 5.7.36

問題

• SCおよびSC MySQL NSMデータベースをインストールした後、MySQLサービスを開始できません
• インストールログに表示されるエントリは次のとおりです。
