  • ONTAP 9
  • SnapCenter 4.6

問題

  • SnapCenter をバージョン4.6にアップグレードしてから、SnapCenter サーバ(プロセス w3wp.exe )はCPUとメモリを過剰に使用しています
  • SnapCenter は、使用可能なすべてのCPUとメモリを定期的に消費しているように見えます
  • SnapManagerWeb.log System.OutOfMemoryExceptionを表示します

ERROR SnapManagerWeb_1423345 PID=[4688] TID=[27] System.OutOfMemoryException: Error: Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.

  • バックアップがエラーで失敗する
