SnapCenter Exchange バックアップを実行できませんでした。 Snapshot セットに追加できませんでした

環境

• SnapCenter Plug-in for Microsoft Exchange Server （ SCE ）

問題

• SCE バックアップに失敗し、次のようなエラーが表示されます。

例：

Activity 'Creating Backup' failed with error: Error: Failed to add to snapshot set. [C:\] [Error Code:-2147212530] [VSS_E_VOLUME_NOT_SUPPORTED_BY_PROVIDER] [Error Code: -2147212530] [VSS_E_VOLUME_NOT_SUPPORTED_BY_PROVIDER]

• Windows イベント・ログに次の VSS エラーが報告され、このエラーの直後にバックアップが失敗しています。

例：

イベント ID： 513

Cryptographic Services failed while processing the OnIdentity() call in the System Writer Object.

Details:
AddLegacyDriverFiles: Unable to back up image of binary Microsoft Link-Layer Discovery Protocol.

System Error:
Access is denied.
