SnapCenterプラグインのサイレントインストールが完了しません

環境

• SnapCenter Plug-in for Microsoft SQL Server（SCSQL）
• SnapCenter Plug-in for Microsoft Exchange Server（SCE）
• SnapCenter プラグイン for Microsoft Windows Server（SCW）

問題

SCプラグインのサイレントインストールが失敗し、インストールによって作成されたデバッグログにエラーが表示されます：

デバッグログに以下のエラーメッセージが表示され、アップグレードが失敗する場合があります：
